The restructuring interventions concern the rearrangement of the police area on the ground floor (Front Office, switchboard, electronic mail), the insertion of a lift connecting PT and 1st floor, new toilets on each floor, archives with Kompactus system in the basement. There was also a technical intervention with the installation of the systems for the safety of the building (fire detectors, video surveillance, etc.).
The building is the City Hall of the Comune di Massagno: in the outside of the building a new system of entrance stair and ramp was implemented in order to allow for a completely barrier free structure.
